We can't wait to welcome you back with the official Roehampton opening party which includes Silent Disco, exclusive by-out of Pryzm, Outdoor Cinema, Freshers Fair, Closing Foam Party and so much more.
This year, we have committed to a price down on wristbands and individual tickets whilst putting on more activity for you. As the Students' Union is a charity, every ticket that's sold goes straight back into your student experiance and supports students through academic advice sessions. We're located on Froebel Campus, next to The Union Bar.

Upon registered on native, you will get a universal QR code that can apply to all events ticketing. You can download the QR code into your phone wallet.
Or your ticket will be available in your Native wallet or on the email associated to your Native account.
Please ensure you have your ticket ready to be scanned.
General tickets are non refundanble and non transferable.
If a ticket upon scanning, is not in the name of the booker and doesn’t match the valid identification provided it will be invalid and you won't be refunded.
In the situation of us (RSU) cancelling an event due to COVID-19, UK Government guidance changes or situations that are not in the RSU's control then a full refund will be given if an alternative date/venue can't be found.
The RSU has the right to cancel your ticket without explanation for any reason in line with our events policy.

Guests will need to bring their valid physical identification.
For international students, CitizenID cards or passports are the great and accepted alternatives that are accepted on all UK scanning systems.

Yes, as a current student you will be allowed to bring in one guest who does not attend the university. You will be responsible for the behavior of that guest as per the RSU Events Policy. To purchase a guest ticket all you need to do is add a guest ticket to your basket.

Registered carers will be permitted free access to the event. please email the RSU prior to the event to confirm this.
Yes, lost property will be taken to the RSU Reception where it can be collected.
RSU is open 10-4pm from Monday to Friday.
The university has zero tolerance approach to drugs and drug abuse on campus. Every attendee will be searched on entry. If you are found with illegal substances or prohibited items on your person, you will be banned from the event and will face a student disciplinary as per the RSU Events policy

Vaping and e-cigarettes will be permitted in all outdoor areas of the event. Use of these devices will not be permitted in indoor areas of the event and persistent usage inside will lead to your removal from the event as per our Events Policy.
You will face an automatic one month ban.
Should anyone make you feel uncomfortable at any time, please talk to any member of staff. We have fully trained teams on site who will be able to respond to your situation sensitively and appropriately.
Our Bystander team will also be located across the event and will intervine if they spot any behaviour that we feel is inappropriate
Please make a member of staff aware and they will direct you to one of our welfare areas. We have a dedicated team of professionals on site should you need them.
Regardless of the cause of you ill-health, our staff are trained to be non-judgmental and your wellbeing is the utmost importance.
Yes, Monte Hall features strobe lighting intermittently throughout the event. We keep this at the safest of levels but we understand that everyones light sensitivites can differ.
At each late night event we have a medical team & bystanders and if you feel unwell please speak to a member of the teams.
Off campus nightclubs also have strobe/SFX lighting.

Event Policy
Refund:
It depends on the individual event policy. Please read the terms and conditions carefully of each event before purchasing the ticket.
Age:
In compliance with licensing laws, entry to the on campus and off campus nightclub events will only be granted to over 18's who are in compliance with the conditions below. Unless the event is otherwise stated as an under 18 event.
Right of Refusal:
Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person, without giving a reason. In accordance with the conditions of sale on your ticket "Ticket holders who are unable to use their ticket due to refusal of entrance are not eligible for a refund." Any inappropriate behaviour will be dealt with by the security staff or Venue Managers or the Police will be informed.
